Manager Jay is always helpful, assist us when friends come over to try a class. group fitness is great. my top 3 is body combat, zumba and body attack. WebThere is a good life a 5 mins walk away from me and a women’s only club a 20 mins walk. Women’s only would be really great, I’m a small women and am always hesitant to use the strength area when it’s a sausage fest… I am interested in taking more workout classes.
