Typically in a bad squat, the knees extend must faster than the hips, leading to a “good morning” squat that’s inefficient at best and dangerous at worst. WebKnees caving in (i believe it's called valgus position) happens when the hamstrings and glutes stop being activated (due to weakness or inflexibility) and the quads take over. Don't add weight till you can do it without that happening, and if it happens without weight do a modified pistol till it doesn't happen.
