WebRock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing program designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease. We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s can enhance their daily quality of life and even build impressive power, strength, flexibility and speed! WebRock Steady Boxing classes are divided into levels based upon each person’s unique Parkinson’s symptoms and overall level of fitness. We require all boxers to complete a one-on-one assessment with our coach to determine the class placement with the greatest benefit to them. Thursdays: 1:30-3:00 p.m. (All, emphasis 3/4)
